The first step in any Coaching journey is through the gateway of being a performance coach as it sets the basic foundations for using what is a very powerful recognised system for developing self and others.
Delegates who attend this programme are normally interested in becoming a Coach and want to use Coaching concepts to develop the business team.
This is a natural extension from the performance programmes, which forms the premise of the performance coaching award offering a series of different business models to be coached.
This is a 3 day programme and the minimum standards for this programme are as follows:
Home Study: 30 hours.
Test Paper: 2 hours.
Contact Training Time: 24 hours.
Completion of Reflective Diary: 10 clients.

Establishing/Renewing Permission and Rapport.
Measuring sensory responses.
Forming the Coach to Coachee relationship.
Working within professional boundaries.
The ethics of Coaching.
The concept of dissonance.
Establishing a baseline measurement.
Determining the Coachee level of need.
The Bio/Psycho/Social Model.
Bypassing critical resistance within the Coachee.
The components of performance.
During the programme all delegates can expect to receive one to one coaching as part of the programme.
The programme caters for all learning styles and includes theory affirmed by Coaching practice.
