One to One Transition Coaching
These are available to those who experience stress related problems that require either simple coaching or specialised emotional change or transition.
All One to One’s are conducted in a safe space where honesty and creative thinking are established so that change can take place using Spectrum models.
This can include:
Performance related problems.
Neurosis related diagnosis.
The three main steps of Spectrum One to One’s:
Step 1. Establish a safe space and conduct an initial consultation raising awareness around the presenting problem with questions that allow a level of understanding of what has brought the client to their current way of thinking and doing. This does not require detailed content of anything negative as spectrum is mainly concerned with emotions stored in the nervous system.
“Emotions create behaviours”
Step 2. Create emotional change in the areas highlighted form the initial consultation using the appropriate spectrum scripts.
“You cannot change your past but you can change your relationship with it to learn and grow”
Step 3. Integrate the emotional change, which normally translates into a new set of behaviours, an increased level of choice and reduced level of negativity.
